You may choose to pick-up your
online textbook order at the University Store. Save shipping charges and avoid
the chance that your books are delivered after you leave home. Plus you don't
have to lug them to campus with your other stuff.
- University
store staff will select and box your books for pick-up according to your
online order preferences. If you ordered
multiple items, they may be packed separately.
- Your charge
card will be billed when the order is ready to be picked up.
- You will
receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed.
- Please wait
until the order pickup confirmation email is sent to you by the University
Store to inform you that your order is ready for pickup. In stock orders will be processed within
3 - 5 business days.
- The Order number and a photo ID are required at the time of pick-up.
- All TOPS,
Textbook Order Pickup Services, are subject to the same Textbook Refund Policy as textbooks selected directly from
the shelf by the customer.
- All in-store pickup orders will
be held for pickup for 30 days after order is filled. If orders are not
picked up during the 30 days, they will be shelved and no refund will be
given. To receive a refund, you must pick your order up and make returns
in accordance with the University
Store's Refund Policy.
