Charges to Your Card: Digital items are charged to your card immediately. Physical items are not charged to your card until a staff member has pulled them for your order. (You may see a $1 and -$1 authorization when the order is placed.)
Sales Tax: Pickup order and orders shipped to Maryland addresses are charged 6% MD state sales tax. (Tax exempt purchases can not be done through our website -- please visit us in-store.)
Confirmation & Pickup/Ship E-mails: You will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately after your order is placed. After your order is processed, you will receive another e-mail informing you that it is ready for pick up or to ship out.
Backorders: Some items may not be available at the time of processing and an e-mail placing you on backorder will be sent. You will receive another e-mail once the item has been processed for you and your card will be charged at that time.
Receipt: A packing list will be enclosed with all shipped and pickup orders. It will show final pricing, out-of-stock/cancelled items, and will act as your receipt.
IN-STORE PICKUP ORDERS
Cost: In-Store Pickup is FREE and available for all orders placed via our website!
Location: In-Store Pickup orders can be claimed at the Valet Desk inside the UStore. Our address is...
Availability: Your order will not be available for pickup until you receive an e-mail saying it is ready. (This e-mail is different from the confirmation e-mail you get immediately when the order is placed.) Be sure to review our Store Hours prior to coming to claim your order.
Cost & Carriers: The UStore currently offers $7.99 flat-rate shipping. Orders ship via USPS or UPS and delivery times vary by location.
Oversized Items: If you see an oversized item fee on a product listing, this means the item requires additional postage due to weight and/or size. (In the event of a free shipping promo, the flat-rate would be waived, but the oversized fee would still be charged.)
Tracking: Our website does not display tracking info, but a link to track your package will be e-mailed to you once a label has been created. Your tracking e-mail is sent from "[email protected]" and we recommend checking your spam folder if needed.
Multiple Shipments: Orders with multiple shipments due to backordered items will only be charged shipping once.
On-Campus Addresses: If you have an on-campus address, please choose In-Store Pick Up instead of having your order shipped. We are unable to deliver on-campus.
International Addresses: The UStore does not ship internationally. Your order will be cancelled if it has a shipping address outside the US.
