Tiger Rewards is the UStore's Customer Loyalty Program!
Customers earn points for each qualified purchase made.*
Points are redeemed here for physical or eGift Cards to the UStore.
Earning Points: Every dollar spent in-store or online (on qualified purchases) will earn you one point.
Online Purchases: Place your order using the account linked to your Tiger Rewards phone number and all qualifying items ordered will earn your points.
In-Store Purchases: The cashier will ask for your Tiger Rewards phone number at checkout. Even if you have not yet created an account on our website, your points will still be connected to the phone number and will be waiting for you upon account creation! (NOTE: A 24 hour delay may occur before points appear on your account.)
Availability: Points will be available for redemption *30 days* after the date of purchase. Once points are applied to your account, they never expire.

Graduation merchandise, software, certain promo items, and gift cards are excluded.
HOW TO REDEEM LOYALTY POINTS
From the menu bar, select LOGIN then MY ACCOUNT. (Don't already have a UStore profile? Sign Up and provide your phone number to enroll in Tiger Rewards.)
Type in the e-mail and password for the UStore account linked to your Tiger Rewards phone number -- then click LOGIN.
A “Welcome” screen will appear. Choose the View Loyalty Account Information option.(NOTE: If your loyalty history does not show, it could be due to your phone number linked to another login with us or because 24 hours have not passed since the account was created or loyalty was enabled. Feel free to e-mail [email protected] if you need assistance tracking down your points.)
From the "Loyalty Account Information" screen, select the I WANT TO REDEEM MY POINTS option.
Select a Gift Card based on the amount of loyalty points *available* and proceed to Checkout.
eGift Cards are immediately sent to the e-mail address provided at Checkout.
Physical Gift Cards can be picked up free at the UStore or shipped for a fee.
