eBooks are enhanced with features such as note taking, highlights, high speed search, and printing.
They are convenient, good for the environment (and your budget), delivered to your desktop, and accessible across all of your mobile devices.
HOW TO PURCHASE EBOOKS
Purchase Online: eBooks are listed for purchase alongside the physical textbook options on our Course Materials page. These are the "Digital" option shown and some may have a specified timeframe (60 days, 180 days, etc.) or others will be labeled as "Lifetime." Once your purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with access instructions or you may follow the steps found on this page.
Purchase In-Store: If you are interested in purchasing your eBook in-store, please visit our Valet Counter and a staff member can assist you. Once the eBook is purchased at the register, a receipt with an Access Code will be printed. You may then access your eBook following the steps listed on this page.
eBook Refunds: eBook refunds are based upon whether or not the title has been activated, the amount accessed/printed, and the date purchased. (NOTE: access/printing restrictions are set by individual publishers and NOT the UStore.) If you would like to request an eBook refund, please contact [email protected] and provide your order number and the title(s) you would like refunded.
