Return Policies

 

*** An original receipt is required for all refunds! ***

 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS
  • Merchandise must be in new/unused condition to be returned. We ask that merchandise returns be made within a reasonable amount of time after purchase.
  • If returning by mail, please enclose the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form and ship to the address provided. (We do not provide pre-paid return labels unless there is an error on our end.)

 

 

COURSE MATERIAL REFUNDS
  • Fall Course Material Refund Deadline: 3 Business Days After Purchase
  • Course Material purchases may be returned for a full refund according to the following terms:
    • New books must still be in new condition without any signs of use.
    • Books with water damage are not returnable.
    • The cover and pages of the book must be intact.
    • Shrink-wrapped books must be returned with the shrink-wrap intact.
    • Defective books will be accepted for an even exchange during the semester.
  • eBook Refunds: eBook refunds are based upon whether or not the title has been activated, the amount accessed/printed, and the date purchased. (NOTE: access/printing restrictions are set by individual publishers and NOT the UStore.) If you would like to request an eBook refund, please contact [email protected] and provide your order number and the title(s) you would like refunded.

 

 

RENTAL REFUNDS & RETURNS
  • Rental refunds are only given if the book is returned by the refund date for that semester. (The deadline is listed above as well as on your packing list or register receipt.) Otherwise, the rental is due back to the UStore by the date listed below to avoid further charges and fees.
  • Fall Rentals Due: December 20, 2023
